Made-to-Order Products
Most of our products are made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection, color preference, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering by mistake.
Please review the product description, size chart, color options, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Eligible Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will do our best to make it right.
Eligible issues may include:

• Defective or poor-quality print
• Wrong item received
• Wrong size or color sent by us
• Missing item from your order
• Package confirmed lost by the carrier

We may not be able to process your request without photos or sufficient order information.
Return Shipping
Please do not send any items back to our business locations unless our support team gives you specific return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded. In many cases, a physical return is not required if the issue can be verified through photos.
Refunds and Replacements
After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:
• Free replacement
• Store credit
• Partial refund
• Full refund when appropriate
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your bank or payment account, depending on your payment provider.
Wrong Size or Change of Mind
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee a free replacement, we may be able to offer a discount on a replacement order as a courtesy.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or modified.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for carrier updates. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after your order has shipped.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building office first.
If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, please contact us with your order number so we can review the issue and help with the next steps.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it before production or shipment begins.
Final Sale Items
Custom-made, personalized, limited-time, clearance, or sale items may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
